Bjordahl Dental Care
The dental team of Bjordahl Dental Care is committed to providing only the highest quality, individualized dental care to our patients. We will strive to listen to the desires of our patients and provide an environment that is mutually beneficial to the patient and the staff. Our aim is to educate our patients on proper dental care so they can maintain optimal oral health for a lifetime of smiles.
Payment for services is due on the date service is provided unless previous arrangements have been set up with Bjordahl Dental. We accept cash, personal checks, debit card, HSA, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Outside financing is available through Care Credit upon request and approval.
Bjordahl Dental Care excepts most dental insurances and are in network with several companies. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file all dental claims. In order for us to be able to provide this service, it is the responsibility of the patient to provide Bjordahl Dental Care with accurate dental insurance information. We ask that all patients familiarize themselves with their specific insurance coverage as plan benefits can vary greatly. As your dental care provider, our focus and our relationship is with you, the patient, not with your insurance company. Once insurance has completed a claim, a statement will be sent to the patient for any remaining balance and will be due upon receipt.
We ask that if for any reason you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify Bjordahl Dental Care at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If a patient fails to show up for an appointment without adequate notice, we reserve the right to assess a fee for that broken appointment.
